Steve Woodward (cont'd): "... with a garnish of goose, followed by a fragrant green salad and aged pecorino paired with slightly seared handmade marmalade. Dessert? A simply excellent 'Seamus Tiramisu', light and flavorful. Every course was accompanied by a gem from the wine cellar... The 3 1/2 hours flew by, the culinary experience exceeded only by Seamus' engaging wit and Patrizia's considerable charm. It was truly an exceptional afternoon.”

Jeniffer Hogan: “Seamus and Patrizia, I just wanted to take the time and thank you both for an outstanding experience at your cooking class! We've been home over a month and I think I've made your pasta and risotto dishes about a dozen times each -- with slight variation each time, thanks to your encouragement to be creative!  I've cleaned out my pantry, donated cans to the local soup kitchen, and am amazed at how simple great food can be! Thanks for all your insight!"
